Free Shipping
Free shipping only applies in the Mexican Republic and does not apply to extended areas.

 

Dynamic Rate USA & Europe (or International)
This rate only applies to the European Union (including the United Kingdom) and the United States of America (except Hawaii and Alaska).


The published rates are subject to change with or without prior notice to the client, because the prices are quoted at the moment and these depend on the price of the Mexican peso (MXN) in the international market.

 

Customs Fees
The customer will cover the import costs applicable to their country of shipment. Customs fees will vary depending on the international treaties with Mexico.

 

Extended Areas
Surely you heard about this term before. Otherwise, don't worry here we tell you what it is and an extended area.

An extended area (or zone) is an area that is not often found on common parcel routes.
It can be a very remote or distant place, therefore, shipping prices become a little more expensive for these areas.

Some examples are red zones, areas of difficult access and islands.
Normally these places are visited every 7 or 12 days. These depend on the demand for deliveries that they have for the area, for which you must check if you are within any of these areas.


Delivery Times
Delivery will be made to the indicated address, and delivery may vary according to the policies of each parcel (consider that there are areas where parcels do not have daily deliveries, check the policies directly with the parcel).

The preparation time for your order will be between 48 and 72 hours* once the payment has been confirmed (except on special days and/or special promotions such as Hot Sale, Cyber ​​Monday, Black Friday, Buen Fin, end of the year season... etc). Please consider that:

  • If your purchase is confirmed before 12pm Monday through Friday, the first business day is the day you make the purchase. From that day the preparation time will start counting.
  • If your purchase is confirmed after 12pm, the preparation time will start counting from the next business day.
  • If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.

Once the process of preparing your purchase is complete, the tracking number is generated and provided to you by email. The estimate delivery time for Mexico is:
  • Express: 1 to 2 business days**.
  • Standard: 2-5 business days**.


The estimate delivery time for international shipments are:

  • United States of America: 7 to 21 business days***.
  • Europe: 14 to 28 business days***.
  • Rest of the world: may vary from the country.

This will count from the notification of the tracking number to your email. They do not include holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. (To check the delivery time and location of your order, you can track it with your tracking number on the website of the corresponding parcel).

It is important that when you receive your package you check the condition of the box. If the security tape is violated or the box is open or broken, exposing part of the interior, do not receive it, write down the comments on the courier ticket and report it immediately to the Customer Service area of ​​DAVA Artesanal via email: hola@davaartesanal.com or by phone +52 951 291 7856, otherwise DAVA Artesanal will not be responsible for any damage that the products may present or the missing of any of the products.

Delivery Exception
In case of not finding someone to receive the package, the courier provider will make a maximum of 3 visits to your home (depending to the policies of each parcel). If the package cannot be delivered on the third visit, the product may be located in an office of the courier company for a certain time according to the policies of each courier. Please dial the customer service number of the corresponding package to schedule the delivery or collection at the offices; When the storage time expires and the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the origin.

Return Process:
We will give you the information concerning this process and

Shipping by "Ocurre" Service
At the time of placing your order and requesting shipment through the "Occurre" service, you will have 10 business days or the time established by the parcel service to pick up your package once it is in the office. By not picking it up within the established time, the package will be returned to the origin.

Lost or Stolen Packages.
DAVA Artesanal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if it is confirmed as delivered by the parcel company. The customer must follow up and file a report to the customer service number of the corresponding parcel to assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the items.


Delayed Packages
DAVA Artesanal is not responsible for packages delayed by the corresponding parcel company. The client must follow up and file a report with the customer service number of the parcel so that it assumes responsibility and reports the reasons for the delay as well as the location of the package.
 

Returns & Exchanges
If there is any problem with your purchase, don't worry, we can change your size, model or return your purchase*
To make the return, the customer must cover the cost of the outward shipment and DAVA Artesanal will cover the return shipment. At the time of placing your order, we ask you to accurately check your size, to avoid this process.

Guarantees and Responsibility
Delivery times are estimates, this information is provided by the parcel company and we cannot guarantee compliance.
DAVA Artesanal will not assume any responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses, we ask you to check and make sure that the shipping address is correct.
If you have any problem with your shipment after having generated the report number with the corresponding parcel, you can request our help of the incident by sending us an email to hola@davaartesanal.com. There you must include your tracking number, report, order number, and a brief explanation of the situation.
