Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, it did not fit you or it has manufacturing defects, do not worry! You can exchange it*.

Send an email (maximum 20 business days after your purchase) to or write to us by WhatsApp at +52 951 291 7856 with your full name, order number, the reason for the change and a photo (to know more about it). Once we analyze it, we will confirm if your request can be approved**.

  1. When approved, you will receive all the instructions to continue with the process. We will schedule that the parcel service picks it up at your home, or you can schedule it yourself. (Depends on the situation, it may have shipping costs).
  2. You will bring/ship us your unused product, with labels and in perfect condition, otherwise, we will not be able to make the exchange valid.
  3. Money refunds does not apply.
